Delete your GST Invoice Manager account

Account deletion is permanent. Export any records or backups you need before continuing.

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to GST Invoice Manager.
2. Open My Profile.
3. Go to Delete account.
4. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm.

The account and active workspace data are deleted immediately after successful verification.

Request deletion without app access

Email yorsantechnologies@gmail.com from your registered account email with the subject GST Invoice Manager Account Deletion Request. We may ask for limited verification to protect the account. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.

Data deleted

Your user profile, authenticated business workspace, customers, vendors, invoices, accounting and GST working records, app settings, and connected Google Drive token are removed from active systems.

Data that may be retained

Limited subscription and payment transaction records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, and records required for tax, accounting, dispute, or other legal obligations may be retained for the applicable period. Residual encrypted backups expire according to infrastructure-provider backup cycles.
