GST Invoice Manager Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Yorsan Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use GST Invoice Manager on Android or the web.
Information we process
- Account and profile data: name, email address, optional phone number and job title, account status, login activity, and a securely hashed password.
- Business and financial workspace data: company settings, customers, vendors, invoices, quotations, purchases, payments, products, inventory, accounting journals, tax working records, reports, and files you choose to upload.
- Subscription and payment data: plan status, amounts, dates, and payment-provider order or payment identifiers. We do not receive or store complete card, bank-account, or UPI credentials entered on the payment provider's checkout.
- Optional Google Drive data: Google account display details, authorization metadata, encrypted refresh token, selected app folder details, and files you choose to store when you connect Google Drive.
- Technical and security data: request timestamps, application errors, authentication and audit events, device/browser details, and network information made available by our hosting and security providers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide billing, accounting, reporting, backup, subscription and optional Drive features; isolate each user's workspace; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and secure the service; provide support; and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information and the app does not contain third-party advertising. Information may be processed by infrastructure and database providers that host the service. When you choose relevant features, information is also processed by Razorpay for payments and Google for Drive connectivity. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public.
Security and storage
Workspace APIs require authentication and scope records to the authenticated account. Data is transmitted over HTTPS in production. Passwords are hashed, and supported provider tokens and credentials are encrypted or kept server-side. No system can guarantee absolute security, so keep your password private and report suspected misuse promptly.
Retention and deletion
Workspace information is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete account. You may also use our account deletion request page. Deletion removes the user profile, workspace records, saved settings, and connected Google Drive token from active systems. Limited subscription, payment, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal records may be retained where required. Residual encrypted backups expire according to provider backup cycles.
Your choices
You can review or update profile and workspace information in the app, disconnect optional Google Drive access, export supported records and backups, or delete your account. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy concerns.
Children
GST Invoice Manager is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
