GST Invoice Manager Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GST Invoice Manager on the web and Android, provided by Yorsan Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service and eligibility
GST Invoice Manager provides business invoicing, customer and vendor records, accounting tools, reports, backups, subscription features, and optional third-party integrations. You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must use the service only for lawful business purposes.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password, and all activity performed through your account. Your sign-in email identifies your account and cannot be changed through the profile page. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the business data you enter or upload. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your records, obtaining required permissions from customers and other individuals, maintaining appropriate backups, and reviewing generated invoices, reports, tax calculations, and filings before relying on them.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, access another user's workspace, upload unlawful or harmful material, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, use automated methods that unreasonably burden the service, or use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Features may require an active subscription unless open access is enabled. Prices, duration, taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay or another identified payment provider under its own terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees for an activated subscription period are non-refundable. We may change future pricing with appropriate notice; changes do not alter completed payment records.
6. Third-party services
Optional features may connect to services such as Google Drive or Razorpay. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, or changes outside our control. You may disconnect optional integrations where the application provides that control.
7. Intellectual property
GST Invoice Manager, its software, branding, interface, and related materials are owned by Yorsan Technologies or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes when practical.
9. Tax and professional responsibility
The service is a recordkeeping and working-paper tool, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Tax rules and business requirements may change. You are responsible for verifying outputs and obtaining qualified professional advice when needed.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and may delete your account through the available account-deletion process. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful activity, non-payment where subscriptions are enforced, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that are not expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate user data, third-party services, or use contrary to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute-resolution requirements that apply to you.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
